Autostrada Motore, the official importer of Ferrari and Maserati vehicles in the Philippines, has officially opened the newly-renovated--and exclusive--Ferrari-Maserati Service Centre in Makati City.
Located at 3904 Quinga Street, just over 1km away from the Ferrari-Maserati showroom in Bonifacio Global City, the 1,000sqm facility used to be the service center for Land Rover vehicles, which are distributed by LRPhils Motors, Inc., a sister company of Autostrada Motore. Autostrada Motore recently renovated the structure according to Ferrari and Maserati’s latest guidelines on equipment, workmanship, and services.
The Ferrari-Maserati Service Centre has four lifters, two service pits, five open workbays, two clean rooms, and official diagnostic equipment issued by both Italian car brands. Customers who are waiting for their cars to be serviced can sit in a comfortable and luxuriously-appointed lounge area while training and conference rooms are present on-site to conduct web seminars with both Ferrari and Maserati’s headquarters.
Looking after the cars in the facility are factory-trained and certified technicians that have learned their craft at various training centers around the world. And by using genuine parts and dedicated diagnostics tools, all the vehicles that go to the Ferrari-Maserati Service Centre are repaired and maintained “to the highest level for maximum performance, reliability and safety.”
Currently, Ferrari offers a seven-year maintenance service for every vehicle sold since 2010, which is reportedly the most extensive program in the industry, as well the POWER (Pre-Owned Warranty for Exclusive Retail) warranty extension for up to 12 years. Maserati vehicles come with a three-year service maintenance program, and three-year commercial warranty which can be extended to a maximum of five years.
